With four decades of experience, Marianne Carter founded Chadwick Bay Investments with the vision of creating a more personal, client-centered approach to wealth management.
Today, she has expanded that vision by joining forces with mFORCE Capital to form mFORCE Chadwick Bay, bringing her clients the best of both worlds: the personalized service they’ve always known, combined with the expanded resources, technology, and the support of a larger team.
Throughout her career, Marianne has specialized in designing retirement income plans and comprehensive financial strategies that empower retirees, professionals, and individuals navigating major life transitions such as divorce or widowhood. She is particularly dedicated to helping women through periods of change, offering guidance and reassurance as they build financial independence and security. Marianne also believes in the power of multi-generational planning, helping families lay a foundation for lasting financial success.

Marianne holds the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Chartered Advisor for Senior Living® (CASL®), and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designations, along with FINRA Series 7, 65, and 66 licenses. Over her extensive career, she has also gained valuable experience through roles at Securities America, National Planning Corporation, Prudential, FSC Securities, Capital Analysts, and Berkshire Life Insurance Company.
Beyond her professional work, Marianne is a passionate supporter of the military community, dedicating time to pro-bono financial counseling for nonprofit organizations. In her free time, she enjoys gourmet cooking, gardening, sailing, reading, and spending time with her family.
