How is mFORCE Capital compensated?

We are an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) of an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm and use a transparent fee structure. Typically, clients pay an agreed-upon percentage of assets under management fee although more traditional types of brokerage fee structures are available to our clients if that is more appropriate for the situation. The compensation model will align our interests with yours and ensure we remain objective in our advice. Our goal is to be a trusted, long-term partner in growing your wealth.

What is mFORCE's approach to alternative investments? 

Alternative assets are an important part of many of our clients' portfolios. We conduct extensive due diligence to identify alternative investment managers across private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and other categories. We have relationships with leading firms and can access opportunities not available to most investors. Our size allows us to negotiate favorable terms for our clients.

What types of services does mFORCE provide beyond investment management?

What about our loans or lines of credit?

Part of a comprehensive financial plan is a review of liabilities including mortgages, loans and lines of credit. If changes need to be made in your liability management, we can negotiate competitive rates with various providers on your behalf. We have partnered with several banks that will compete for your business resulting in favorable pricing for you.

How do I know my assets will be safe with the new custodian?

We have selected BNY Mellon Pershing as our custodian. Pershing is an industry leader in clearing and custody services with over $2.0 trillion in global client assets representing seven million investor accounts worldwide. Pershing is owned by BNY Mellon, which is the longest standing operating bank in the U.S., surpassing 235 years.
